Challenge
A national toll charger, responsible for the technical integrity and accuracy of a truck road-pricing system, needed to validate the hardware and software delivered by multiple toll service providers, confirming each one met strict regulatory requirements and would perform reliably at scale before approval. Thousands of data points had to be evaluated to verify GNSS accuracy and system reliability, each compared against a master reference dataset. With the analysis performed manually and only partially supported by existing systems, processing the data in a structured, reliable way took several days.
