01 Challenge

One of Denmark’s largest public authorities leaned on a growing suite of automated tests to keep its citizen-facing services, internal systems, APIs, and backend platforms stable. But every new feature, regulatory change, and integration made that suite harder to maintain. New functionality and manually written test cases piled up faster than teams could automate them, widening the gap between what shipped and what was actually covered. Even a minor change could break large parts of the regression suite while the underlying functionality worked exactly as intended, leaving QA specialists and developers fixing test data, repairing scripts, and chasing false positives instead of improving quality or shipping. The safeguard meant to speed delivery had quietly become its bottleneck: slower feedback, and less confidence in every release.

02 What If

What if quality assurance could scale automatically with the complexity of the system, without teams spending more time maintaining the tests themselves? What if automated tests adapted to system changes instead of breaking because of them, and new test cases, data, and regression scenarios were generated automatically from requirements, code changes, and real system behaviour?

03 Result

We built an AI-powered testing platform that continuously analyzes changes across the UI, API, and backend layers and automatically generates, updates, and maintains the tests. Self-healing automation keeps existing tests aligned as the application evolves, while new scenarios and test data are derived from requirements, code changes, and observed system behaviour. Quality is validated across the full stack and embedded directly into the CI/CD pipeline, so every change gets fast feedback. The result: regression cycles 60–70% faster, broader and more reliable coverage across every layer, and far less time lost to broken tests. QA stops being a pile of scripts to maintain and becomes a continuous, intelligent quality layer that evolves with the software and gives teams more confidence in every release.
